ELLARD QUICK FAQs

 

How do I get started as an Ellard owner? 

Contact Ellard Security at 770-642-5485 to confirm that you have closed on your Ellard property

Receive Gate RFID remote for automobiles registered to you or members of your family who reside with you. These are for residents only; they are not available for frequent visitors.

Establish your online account and contact info on the Montage Ellard website.

 

Who do I contact to report a security issue?

If you have an emergency or something needs urgent attention, call 911 and let the Roswell Police handle the situation. The Ellard guard on duty cannot leave the guard shack.

If the issue is not urgent or an emergency, call the Ellard security staff on duty at 770-642-5485. 

 

Is there on street parking?

The Ellard Covenants prohibit automobiles from parking in the street. All vehicles other than commercial trucks and vans must park in your driveway or garage.

No vehicle may be parked in the street overnight.

 

What approval do I need before making a change to the exterior of my house? 

Ellard is governed by architectural standards established through the Ellard covenants. You must obtain approval for any and all changes affecting the exterior of your house front or back including changes to paint colors, landscaping, porch furniture, shutters, fountains, etc., before the change is made. All exterior features must be compliant with Ellard architectural standards as determined by the Architecture Review Board in consultation with the Ellard architect. 

 

How do I request approval from the ARB?

Go to www.ellardvillage.com

Click on the Useful Resources tab at the top of the page.

Click on the ARB Form at the bottom of the drop-down list.

Complete the ARB Form and submit.

Heritage Property Management will review the information and pass it to the ARB and the Ellard architect for approval.

 

Where can I review the Ellard architectural standards?

Go to www.ellardvillage.com.

Click on the Document Center tab at the top of the page.

Under Documents, click on ARB Guidelines and Ellard ARB Design Inventory.

These documents are not comprehensive. The ultimate decision on compliance is made by the Ellard architect through the ARB request process described above.

 

Where can I find the Ellard Covenants?

The Ellard covenants fall under the Georgia Property Owners Association Act. They carry the weight of statutory law. You are deemed to have read and accepted them by the act of closing on real estate in Ellard. They define your responsibilities as an owner and the responsibilities and authority of the Ellard HOA.

How do I schedule a visitor?

Click on the Useful Resources tab at the top of the page.

Click on Security at top of drop down list.

Scroll down and click on DwellingLIVELogon.

Enter your user id and password and complete the form. If you have not received a user id and password, contact the head of Ellard Security at 770-642-5485.

 

Can I obtain an RFID sticker for my frequent guests?

RFID stickers are for cars registered to the Ellard owner or to the Ellard address.

Cars registered in a guest’s name and to another address will not be given an RFID sticker. 

 

When is garbage day?

Tuesday is garbage/recycle pick up day for the Roswell Sanitation Department.   Wednesday is lawn waste pickup.

How do I reserve the clubhouse?

Go to www.ellardvillage.com.

Go to the Amenities tab at the top of the page.

Click on the Add New Reservation box at the top left of the page.

Complete the reservation form.

 

Is there a fee to use the clubhouse?

Owners are able to reserve the Conservatory for a cleaning fee of $50.00 for the full day or part of a day plus a $250.00 refundable security deposit.

 

How do I use the pool?

The code to the pool gate is 3-5-1.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Do not swim alone.

You must accompany any guests when they are using Ellard facilities or accessing Ellard common property. No pets are allowed inside the pool area.

Before using the pool, be sure to review the pool rules available on the Ellard website at www.ellardvillage.com under Amenities/Pool Rules.

What is the rear park gate code?

Is there a fee to use the conservatory?

Owners are able to reserve the Conservatory for a fee of $125 for the full day or part of a day plus a $250.00 refundable security.  This fee includes the cleaning fee.

 

How do I reserve a tennis court?

Go to www.ellardvillage.com.

Click on the Tennis Reservations tab at top of the page.

Click on the down arrow next to “today”.

Double click on the desired date and complete the reservation form.

Before taking the court, be sure to review the tennis rules available on the Ellard website at www.ellardvillage.com under Amenities/Tennis Rules.

Hours of use:  8:00am – 10:00pm.

 

How do I join a tennis team?

Contact a tennis team captain or Tennis Committee chair to find a team with open spots.

Ellard generally has one women’s, one men’s and a mixed team.

 

How do I join the Ellard Book Club?

All owners who have created a profile on the Ellard web site are included in the monthly book club invitation that goes out by email.
