Rules


  1. The Facility is a SMOKE FREE environment.
  2. User is responsible for accompanying their guest(s) to the Facility in use. An adult must supervise children under the age of 21.
  3. The User will provide a deposit check ($250) and rental check ($125) payable to the Ellard Treasurer.
  4. The User is responsible for leaving the Facility in its pre-inspection condition: Clean with all furniture returned to its original location; kitchen and appliances clean; garbage bagged and removed from the interior of the Facility and placed in the designated waste receptacles. Lights are to be turned off; and all doors locked. Damage of any kind should be reported immediately to the Facilities Manager.
  5. If at the post–inspection the Facility is found to have damage or destruction, or disappearance of contents, the deposit will be retained and used to cover the expense of documented damage, destruction, or loss of contents. User shall pay to the Association the full cost of all repairs or replacements within ten (10) days of receipt of a written explanation of the costs and an invoice from the Association.
 

How to Make a Reservation

 
  1. Go to Amenities and then select Conservatory Rental
  2. Complete form.
  3. This will submit form to Conservatory Event Coordinator
  4. The Event Coordinator will confirm your request date and time and ask for two checks for required fees.
  5. The Event Coordinator will confirm that the requested date and time are available and request that you provide a check for any required fees.
  6. You can then make arrangements to get the key.
  7. After use of the facility, please return the key to and make arrangements for post event inspection and return of any appropriate fees and deposits.
