Capsure Logon Screen

DwellingLIVELogon
DwellingLive is the system we use to manage visitors.  As a resident, you can logon to the site and maintain your list of friends, contractors, and other workers.

You have a unique logon/password for DwellingLIVE that is different than your logon/password for the ellardvillage.com website.  If you forgot your logon, contact Solomon at the front gate.

Ellard Security Rules

The safety and security of our resident families and their guests is our primary concern. We also ask that you treat our security staff with courtesy and respect as they are acting on your behalf to keep our community safe.

Below you will find a summary of our current security procedures and instructions on how to use the resident features of the Capsure.  It is important that each resident recognize their role and responsibilities when it comes to authorizing visitors on to our property.  In particular, we would like to reiterate the following key points:

  1. Each resident is responsible for their visitors while that visitor is on the Ellard property.  Please give careful consideration to your visitor list and ensure that you are prepared to accept responsibility for these visitors.
  2. You are the primary point of communication with your visitors and are responsible for ensuring that they follow proper security procedures.  This includes making them aware of the changes being implemented as part of the new system.
  3. The guards at the Gatehouse are serving the community on our behalf and are a primary part of our security.  As such, they deserve the respect and courtesy of each resident and our visitors.  Incidents of improper treatment of the guard staff will be reported, tracked, and may be referred to the HOA Board for action.  In turn, we expect professional and courteous behavior from our guard staff.  Please do not hesitate to report any incidents in this regard to our Security Supervisor, Solomon Gizaw, or a member of the HOA Board.
  4. The security features of our community not only support a safe and secure environment for our residents, but also are a major marketing point that enhances the attractiveness and value of our community.  Please take the opportunity to promote our new system to your guests and associates.

Our best security system is the involvement, attention, and action of each of our residents.  Should you ever have concerns, or see something suspicious, please take action and contact the Gatehouse or law enforcement as required.  We also welcome your constructive comments and suggestions on how we can continue to improve our security and community.
