There is no central realtor for the community. Real estate transactions are handled by the individual home or property owner. Please note that Ellard requires use of a standard real estate for sale sign. The contact information to order a sign is as follows:

Open Houses
|
An agent must be in attendance at the residence.
Limit the time period to three hours.
No signs can be posted on Holcomb Bridge road or on Ellard streets.
Cars must only be parked on the side of the street where the viewing takes place. No parking on both sides.
7:00 PM is the cut-out time, beyond that no viewing is allowed.
Visitors must not be allowed to wonder and drive around the neighborhood after viewing.
Inform security the date and time ahead of the event.
